Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ReviewWard (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. The Service

ReviewWard helps businesses request private feedback from their customers, recover unhappy customers, and invite satisfied customers to leave public reviews. Public review opportunities are offered to all customers equally; the Service does not gate, filter, or suppress who may leave a public review.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Customer data and consent

You may only add customer contact details that you are authorized to use, and you must have the consent needed to send feedback requests to them. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws — including anti-spam, email, messaging, and privacy laws — when you use the Service to contact your customers. You are the controller of your customers' personal data; we process it on your behalf to provide the Service.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send unsolicited messages, to harass anyone, to violate any law, or to manipulate or gate public reviews in violation of a review platform's policies. You are responsible for following the policies of Google and any other review platform you use.

5. Fees

Paid plans and billing terms apply to subscribed accounts. Applicable fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented at sign-up or within your account.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may modify or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular number of reviews, ratings, or business outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewWard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

ReviewWard is operated by UNIVRSLL LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Michigan, United States, at 7401 Williamson Street, Dearborn, Michigan 48126, US.
